Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try in 1-2 days later.
Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs.

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
